Delete your account
Request deletion of your Puzzle Theater account and associated data.
Delete from inside the App
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap the gear icon, then open the Account section.
Review the notice and confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the App
Email atendimentoaondevamos@gmail.com with the subject "Puzzle Theater Account Deletion." Send the request from the email connected to your Google sign-in when possible. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.
What will be deleted
- Your player account, identifiers, and active authentication sessions.
- Synced puzzle progress, scores, achievements, challenge history, and viewing progress.
- Virtual inventory, point balances, reward history, and profile preferences associated with the account.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. These records are restricted to those purposes. Deletion is normally completed within 30 days; backup copies may take additional time to be overwritten.
Account deletion is permanent. Uninstalling the App alone does not delete server-side account data.
